Living Fitness© Thai Yoga Massage has its roots in the Ayurvedic traditions of India and Traditional Chinese Medicine, dating back over 2500 years. It is an interactive manipulation of the body using passive stretching, twisting and turning and pressure along energy lines to gain its amazing and profound results.

Thai Yoga Massage CoursesDesigned to be both relaxing and stimulating, Thai Yoga Massage, sometimes called 'passive yoga' - provides deep relaxation, release from stress, maximum flexibility and increases well being and vitality. improves flexibility, reduces tension and pain, stimulates internal organs and balances the body's energy system.

Clients are usually fully clothed and contrary to popular belief it is not about causing pain! It has proved extremely beneficial with our clients and is used increasingly by the professional sportspeople we work with.

Aromatherapy is part of our Living Fitness© and Working Fitness© programmes.

We also offer one day taster courses and a practitioner's course.

Our courses are recognised by the Complementary Therapists' Association (CthA). All our courses are led by Martin Feaver who has considerable experience as an educator, personal trainer and therapist and has trained extensively in Northern and Southern Thailand - including the Wat Po Temple Massage School.
