Included in the price: Along with your training sessions, you receive regular telephone, text and e mail support and detailed exercise and Living fitness© programs for your independent work.

Packages of 10: You have the benefit of a small discount and the convenience of pre booking the treatment times. If booked sessions are cancelled after starting your package a 10% fee will be levied against your refund.

Cancellations:  A minimum  of  24 hours notice is needed for a full refund otherwise you will be charged for your session.
