Getting fitterBy creating a long term conscious relationship with your body, the seasons and the environment through a wide range of experiences, you develop an awareness and enjoyment of the movement of your body as you actually move. The feeling of your arms swinging, your feet kicking in water, the sunshine on your face, balancing on one leg – simply being alive!

Being active regularly boosts your energy levels and you feel empowered, able and positive

By respecting personal differences in health, fitness, age and experience, we recognise your individual starting point and help you focus on what you want to achieve through a progressive and integrated activity programme. You become a successful exerciser through enjoyable, long term and well performed exercise rather than quick fix solutions.

Your success comes from being active in the right activities for you over the long term - and that can be weight training, yoga, dancing, ice skating, horse riding..... We help you to find the activities that interest and stimulate you and get you on the pathway to achieving your goals. We focus and connect with you - the person actually exercising. We have a range of personal exercise coaches who we can recommend to you as develop the activity habit.
