By respecting personal differences in health, fitness, age and experience, our approach recognises your individual starting point and helps you focus on what you want to achieve through a progressive, integrated programme involving exercise and physical activity, massage therapy, health and well being coaching and nutritional guidance.

Personal training: the whole you changes exercise from one of sufferance or obligation by regaining and developing a long term conscious relationship with your body, the seasons and the environment through a wide range of experiences. You develop an awareness and enjoyment of the movement of your body as you actually move - the feeling of your arms swinging, your feet kicking in water, the sunshine on your face, balancing on one leg – simply being alive! A walk becomes a time for you to reflect, to chat with a friend, to notice the seasons change.

Your success comes from exercising in the right activities for you over the long term - and that can be weight training, yoga, dancing, ice skating, horse riding..... We find the activities that interest and stimulate you and get you on the pathway to achieving your goals.
