Martin Feaver MEd BEd Hons
I am dedicated to enabling people to achieve the potential they desire for themselves - mentally, physically, spiritually, financially and socially. Many people fail to reach their goals when past experiences, conditioning, self doubt and fear get in the way. I believe that by shifting and changing limiting beliefs
life can be fun and
extremely rewarding.
When you create inner changes and restore balance and harmony in yourself you gain total and lasting health. This belief, along with my knowledge, experience and skills as an educator, personal trainer, life coach and therapist, enabled and inspired me to develop the concepts of Living Fitness© and Working Fitness©.
These same abilities led me to develop courses for two national health club chains, health and fitness professionals and two NHS trusts together with courses for my own company in stress management, self development and Thai Yoga Massage. I have presented and lectured for a number
of organisations and companies.
In
recent years, I have explored the fields of journalism and presenting. I have written articles for Sportex
Medicine, numerous national
newspapers and magazines and write a regular
column in the British Heart Foundation's bi magazine 'Heart
Health'. I make regular appearances as the Personal Fitness
Expert on BBC's
Radio Kent 'Ask the Expert's slot, on BBC Radio London's Jumoke Fashola's Late Show and recently presented for Sanex at the One Life Live Show at Olympia.
