Our Living with HIV: Beyond Diagnosis programme is designed to assist you in moving away from past conditioning and experiences and to create a life of fulfilment. Realistically, if you are living with a medical condition, your particular circumstances need to be considered however you are a client who has HIV not an HIV client!

With our integrated approach, the YMCA Exercising and Living with HIV qualification and considerable experience, many of our clients living with HIV have regained their confidence and overcome the fear and depression which can accompany diagnosis and are now creating and enjoying rewarding and fulfilling lives.
