Each session builds on the results from the previous one, helping to maintain motivation and attain the results you're looking for. Sessions are usually weekly with some fortnightly and the course lasts for six weeks.

Included in the price: Four Life and well being coaching sessions of 60 minutes and telephone, text and e mail support for your independent work if necessary.

Please note that home, business or hotel visits may incur travel costs depending on location.
