Living Fitness© Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to achieve a healthier you. These oils can be used in several ways from massage to room burners, shower gels, liquid hand soaps and creams or even a combination of all five.

AromatherapyIn case you believe Aromatherapy is only for the ladies, there is far more to aromatherapy massage than floral smells. Some of the oils used are very masculine in aroma - frankincense, sandalwood, basil, coriander, ginger, black pepper to name just a few.

As for the massage it can be as gentle, strong or as deep as you like. Essential oils are chosen to suit your specific needs. Before making up your massage blend you will be asked to smell the aroma to make sure the oils are right for you. Oils are very personal and you will never find us using pre blended oils - each blend is as individual as you are.

Your underwear is worn and your modesty is maintained by lots of soft luxurious towels. After your treatment, you will be given advice and guidance relevant to your massage.
